This hotel was superb - the location was ideal for the wedding we attended at Combe Lodge. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms were basic but functional, and the prices were reasonable.
All was ok, but the breakfast had limited choice and the bathroom situation could be improved.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of homemade items. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was located in the countryside which was lovely for taking long walks.
The bathroom was shared among too many people, making it difficult to use when needed. The road outside was quite busy and caused a lot of noise during the night.

The hotel was a cozy and quaint English pub with a homely atmosphere. The staff, especially Dave, were fantastic and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and made with good quality produce. The location was ideal for attending events nearby and for going on walks or runs.
Not obvious to find.
